sorry everyone i haven't posted much recently!! i've been trying a lot of new workout routines and wanted to kinda give them all a chance before i suggest anything. anyways couldn't go to the gym td so i was able to do a quick at home workout! truly reccomend this through n through especially for my hip dip girls! these glute results dont lie❤️❤️

all black fits to the gym make you stronger. i don't make the rules 🤷‍♀️

i finally found the most perfect routine for my lower glute dominant girlies!! DM me for more info!!

nothing beats a good post gym pump and a full meal>>>
